Token Plan (Team Edition) is a monthly AI model subscription billed in Credits. It covers text and image generation models from Qwen, DeepSeek, and others, works with popular AI coding and agent tools, and includes team management, data privacy, and dedicated throughput.
Note
Token Plan (Team Edition) is currently available only in the Singapore region.
Introduction
Token Plan (Team Edition) bundles Qwen and third-party models for text and image generation under a single Credits-based billing unit.
Flexible model switching: Switch between models on demand. All usage draws from one Credits pool.
Broad tool compatibility: Works with popular AI coding tools and agents.
Multiple tiers: Standard, Pro, and Max seats for different usage levels.
Team management: Assign and reclaim seats, and track per-member usage from the management platform.
Predictable costs: Fixed monthly subscription pricing.
Data security: Conversation data is never used for model training.
Stable performance: Dedicated throughput with multi-tenant isolation — no queuing during peak usage.
Supported models
How to determine supported models
Rules:
1. This list is an exact-string allowlist.
2. Models must match character-by-character. Any difference in version or sub-model means the model is not supported.
3. Do not infer version compatibility.
Examples:

Plans and pricing
Select a seat type and quantity on the Token Plan (Team Edition) purchase page. Both Alibaba Cloud accounts and RAM users can subscribe.
Limited-time offer
Until 23:59 (UTC+8) on June 22, 2026, Credits consumption for the qwen3.7-max model is reduced by half, with implicit caching also supported.
Token Plan (Team Edition)
Three seat tiers — Standard, Pro, and Max — cover different usage levels.
A seat is the smallest subscription unit in Token Plan (Team Edition), representing a usage quota for one team member. After an administrator assigns a seat to a member in Team management, the system automatically generates a dedicated API Key for that member. Each seat is bound to one member and one API Key, and cannot be shared.

Token Plan (Team Edition) - Shared quota pack
A shared quota pack is a Credits pool shared across all seats. When a seat exceeds its monthly quota, overages draw from this pack. Each pack expires after one month; unused Credits are forfeited. If you own multiple packs, the earliest-expiring pack is consumed first.

Subscription management
Manage your subscription on the My Subscriptions page in the Token Plan console:
Add seats: Click Add seats. New seats share the existing subscription's expiration date; the price is prorated for the remaining time.
Upgrade a seat: In the Subscription details list, click Upgrade on the seat row to move a lower-tier seat to a higher tier; pay the price difference.
Unsubscribe a seat: In the Subscription details list, click Unsubscribe on the seat row. Seats with usage cannot be unsubscribed. Refunds are returned to the original payment account within 1 to 3 business days.
Batch actions: Select multiple seats and click Batch upgrade or Batch unsubscribe.
Renew: Click the Renew button to pay by month or by auto-renew subscription before expiration to avoid service interruption.
Auto-renew: Click Enable auto-renewal and confirm. It takes effect the next day and the system charges and renews automatically 9 days before expiration.
Add a shared quota pack: Click Add next to Shared quota pack. Each pack is valid for one month.

Billing
Credits consumed per request depend on the model, token count, thinking mode, and tool calls. Check your bill for exact charges.

Deduction order
Credits are deducted from the seat's monthly quota first.
After the seat quota is exhausted, overages draw from the shared quota pack. If multiple packs exist, the earliest-expiring pack is consumed first.
After all Credits are exhausted, the service suspends until the next billing cycle or until you purchase a new shared quota pack.
View Credits usage
From the console: Log on to the Token Plan console. On the My Subscriptions page, view total quota usage percentage, reset time, seat allocation, and the status and expiration of each seat and shared usage pack.
From the management platform: On the Usage Analysis page, view 1/7/30-day Credits consumption trends, per-model usage, and per-member consumption details. See Team management.
Usage policies
Scope of use: This plan is for interactive use with compatible AI programming and agent tools only. Do not use it for automated scripts or application backends. Violations may result in subscription suspension or API key revocation.
Data security: Token Plan (Team Edition) does not use your conversation data for model training.
Account security: API keys are for the assigned member only. Do not share or expose them publicly.
Unsubscription and refund: You can unsubscribe by seat on the My Subscriptions page in the console. Seats with usage cannot be unsubscribed. Refunds are returned to the original payment account within 1 to 3 business days.
Service region and cross-border data transfer: For Token Plan (Team Edition), the only available region is Singapore, and the only available deployment mode is Global, which means model inference will be performed globally. The prompts and model outputs will involve cross-border data transfer, and you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Token Plan (Team Edition) complies with applicable laws and regulations.
